Senior Session :: Makayla

It’s kind of weird writing this post and looking through all these photos of Makayla because I’ve known her since she was born and now she’s all grown up. It for sure makes me feel old but it also makes me so happy to have been able to watch her grow up through the years into such a beautiful girl. Her mom and I have been friends since high school and they were both in my wedding! I have some awesome photos of her as my junior bridesmaid but I promised I wouldn’t showcase those here (perhaps I’ll post them another time).  I kid, I kid. Anyway, I had the hardest time choosing my favorites because really they are all perfect but here are a few:

Isn’t she just gorgeous? Model status over here.

Makayla, it’s been awesome watching you grow up into a beautiful young lady. You truly are gorgeous, inside and out, and I’m proud to say I know you. Hope this year is absolutely fabulous for you! Love you.

Holiday Sessions :: Pinto Family

This family has been with me from the beginning. Since the day I offered free photo shoots to build my portfolio they have supported me and for some reason they keep coming back! Hehe. Hopefully it’s because they like their pictures rather than the fact that they don’t know any other photographers!:)If you’d like to see them from the beginning you can check it out here and here. This year they found a fun, new spot that I might just have to revisit again one of these days. Any takers?

Oh, Audree…

Thanks guys for always coming back. I will always be grateful to you as clients, but more importantly as friends!

Senior Session :: Rylee

I have been wanting to do more Senior Photography and was so excited when I got the chance to shoot three (yes, 3!) beautiful girls in one afternoon. I plan on posting their sessions separately so you can focus on their individual beauty and not be overwhelmed by how gorgeous they all are!

First up, is Rylee. I was thrilled when she agreed to model for me because yes, not only does the camera love her, but I could tell she was comfortable having her photos taken, which in turn, makes a session much more relaxed and fun. I could have spent hours shooting with this girl and not have gotten bored. I mean, come on. Look at this girl.

I had  a ton of fun and it made me want to shoot seniors even more!

Seriously, gorgeous.

Rylee, thank you for being so awesome to work with! Can’t wait to do more shooting with you soon!

JESSIE - Beautiful!

Senior Session :: Skyler » Mandi Spottsville Photography - […] may remember I mentioned in this post about the three senior sessions I got to do recently. The first two are here and here in case […]

Maya & Josh :: Married

Last year I had the honor of second shooting with Camarie of Camarie-Photography. We met through one of the photography groups on facebook where I offered to assist her if she was interested. Fortunately for me she allowed me to shoot with her at several weddings last year and I had a blast (while learning so much in the process). This is a peek at Maya & Josh’s wedding from my perspective. It was a fabulous, FUN wedding and I’m so happy to have been there.

Definitely one of the most fun weddings I’ve shot. Thank you again to Camarie for letting me assist!

Williams Family :: Holiday Session

I’m sure you’ve seen this fabulous family on here before but in case you missed it, you can see their previous shoots here and here. It’s always fun to look back on previous shoots and see how the little ones have grown in such a short time! And to see what color Jess’s hair will be!:)I kid, I kid, but seriously sometimes I wish I could change my hair color/style like she does. She looks good no matter what color it is. I’ve tried. It’s not pretty.

Little G man was itching to explore rather than take photos but really can you blame him? He’s 2. And a boy. I love his little smirk in the first photo!

We did manage to get a few good family shots though.

One of my favorites!

And of course some fun ones

 So sweet!

Jess, thank you for letting me take your family photos again this year. I love working with you guys and watching G grow. Excited for our next shoot!
